SEGMENT
Lex Collins: Hey, FAW, can we talk?
Lex Collins stands with his back against a concrete wall covered in graffiti. In the distance, cars can be heard roaring by. He looks, for lack of a better term, like week-old roadkill. There are dark circles under his eyes and fading bruises ringing his neck. His hair hangs over one eye as he stares straight ahead, stuffing his hands in the pockets of his jean jacket.
Lex Collins: Candidly. Off the record. Just two people who could maybe be friends. I... I’m really not pickin’ up what you’re puttin’ down here. Last Delirium, I made short work of that new kid - Alexander Parker. I went toe-to-toe with Cecily Bell. I keep showin’ up. I keep...
He breaks off, shaking his head, his eyes pitch black.
Lex Collins: I'm not the type to do this. Swear, I ain't - I’m better'n this. You fuckin' know it. You goddamned well know I belong in that Main Event more’n Rafi Cruz. Little shit got lucky. Caught me when I was already hurt - I digress. Water under bridges don’t matter in the grand scheme. An’ now you got me playin' toll bridge operator again - hey, Fiona. 'Member me? Yeah. I remember you just fine. Back in SVW, you popped out from under the ring. Pulled me back when I was about to beat a count-out... earned your friend Stephanie a win she never deserved. Funny how this business goes, ain't it? You wait long enough an' it all circles back. Karma? Yeah, maybe a little.
He chuckles softly.
Lex Collins: Whoever fights monsters should see to it that they don't become a monster in the process. You ever heard that ditty before? Gotta ask, 'cause I don't think you get it. Just keep pushin' me. I know what you want out of this. You want me to test them. Blood in the waters an' you want me to strap on the fin an' play shark. Jerk the chain. Kick the dog an' see if he turns. That kinda where we’re at? I won't bite the hand that feeds. Won't mess in my own yard. Won't take a dive. Won't hurt someone who doesn't deserve it. I don't know Ciara. She's innocent in this. Won't let that spill over, promise you that.
He hesitates, lifting his hand up and rubbing it across his mouth. There are half-healed cuts and bruises across the backs of his knuckles.
Lex Collins: Hey, it is what it is. I'll repay Fiona for the dignity her friend tried to steal that night, stuffing her hand down my goddamned pants in the middle of the ring. Yeah, I remember that night. Won't ever forget you or your friend. Change your name. Get married. Get divorced. Change companies. Don't care. It all comes around. I'll repay her for the interference, for keeping me from taking my pound of flesh that night. Bring your umbrella, Weather Girl - it'll be rainin' in Vegas tonight. Maybe your blood. Maybe humiliated tears. I'll let you decide how far it goes.
He falls silent for a few seconds, breathing in and out slowly.
Lex Collins: You watch, FAW... you just watch how I play these shit cards tonight. Then we'll talk about dealin' a better hand next time, hmm?

SEGMENT
As Cass Baumer walks down a hallway with the FAW Hardcore Championship gleaming against the florescent lights above, she notices a door to her left. Knocking on the door with her fist, she tries to get the attention of the woman inside as she grunts in annoyance.
Cass Baumer: Lennox? Are you in there? You said I could talk to you if I wanted an ear, right?
After a couple of minutes, the door opens, and Lennox leans against the frame with a smirk across her lips. She looks Cass up and down slowly and lets out a slight exhale.
Lennox Daniels: Cass. What can I help you with exactly?
Cass Baumer: I’ve got a question for ya. Straight and to the point.
Crossing her arms, Cass glances back at Lennox with a slight nod. Lennox rolls her eyes slightly and lets out a half laugh.
Lennox Daniels: Well, get on with it then...
Cass Baumer: You acted like you were on my side, made nice like I was supposed to suddenly choose you and Alaina in this ongoing war going on right now but fuck…
The Headliner shakes her head back and forth slowly like she was in disbelief.
Cass Baumer: If you guys wanted me on your side so badly, why go through the effort of assuring Xavier beat me at the last show? Seems counter-productive as hell to me.
Lennox Daniels: There is more in life than a win or a loss Cass, your problem is you fail to see the bigger picture in all of this.. what Alaina did, was send a message, she had them think... they're questioning.
She smiles and leans in close, running her fingers over Cass’ cheekbone with a bite of her bottom lip.
Lennox Daniels: All we want is for you to meet your true potential Cass.
Instead of backing away or pushing Lennox’s hand away, Cassandra stands in place focused on Lennox’s movements as she feels Lennox’s fingers against her cheek.
Cass Baumer: And what message is that? What’s your goal here?
Instead of sounding abrasive in her usual kiwi accent, the reporter’s voice turned soft.
Cass Baumer: If I were to align myself with you and Alaina… What would happen next? How do you expect me to reach that potential?
She sounded genuinely curious. Lennox cups Cass’ cheek now, leaning in even closer she all but breathes the same breath as her as their eyes lock and Lennox is clearly trying to draw her in.
Lennox Daniels: You have to trust in me as she does, be one of my flock Cass, and I promise, you will soar higher than you ever dreamed would be possible.
Leaning into the words, Cass looked like she was interested in the rhetoric Lennox gave her.
Cass Baumer: So all I have to do is follow your guidance, and I’ll be just like you and Alaina?
The words were slow and deliberate, her breathing slow as she felt Lennox’s warm breath against her skin. Lennox shakes her head some and slides her hand back from her cheek, so her fingers rest against Cass’ jaw.
Lennox Daniels: You'll be the you that you were always destined to be; I'm not them, I don't want you to fall in line… I want you to spread your wings little bird and fly.
Slowly reaching for her sides, Cass’ body responds to her words as the two stand in the middle of the locker room.
Cass Baumer: I know you’re not like them…
As Cass notices Lennox’s body relax against her fingers, she suddenly smirks.
Cass Baumer: You’re worse!
Before Lennox can even respond or even react to the words, Cass shoves Lennox as hard as she can into the lockers! With a loud thump, Lennox falls backwards and lands in a sitting position on the floor, looking up at Cass with a scowl.
Cass Baumer: Next time… Rethink your choices. This misdirection you’ve got going on right now? This dumbass ‘bigger picture’ shit you wanna keep spewing? You pretend like you’re playing three-dimensional chess, but you’ve just moved the wrong piece when you and Alaina decided to screw me over, then decided I’d be stupid enough to side with you regardless!
The Headliner shook her head back and forth, stomping on Lennox’s leg so she stayed down a little longer and listened to what she had to say.
Cass Baumer: Whether Xavier wants my help or not, I’ll always have his back but right now… Shit! If he wants me out of this war, I’m respecting his wishes, and I’m getting out of this war. So no matter what you want to throw at ‘em, no matter how hard you attempt to get me involved, no matter what the fuck happens next… That’s my decision.
With a laugh, the two-time FAW Hardcore Champion slowly backs out of the room with her eyes on Lennox the whole time so she wouldn’t get attacked from behind.
Cass Baumer: Now go fuck yourself on a rusty nail. We’re done here, Lennox.
With that, Cass slams the door as she leaves Lennox to herself.

Tag Team Match
Young Ink v Cecily Bell & Jemma Mercie
The match was a good back and forth but when Jemma goes to make the tag, Cecily jumps off the apron and laughs at the downed Jemma. Young Ink makes short work of Jemma Mercie as they level her with a powerbomb lungblower combo for the win.
Winners: Young Ink

SEGMENT
Fiona Nelson: Thank you for joining me Mel, I'm going to start with a few of the obvious questions and then we will move onto some fan submissions!
Melissa Reeves: No problem and sure, go ahead.
Fiona Nelson: What pulled you towards FAW to begin with, you have unquestionable name value, so why here?
Melissa Reeves: Umm, that's a good question. After #FSociety's demise I suppose that FAW felt like the obvious next choice, since it was born from that same company. It's different, of course, but it felt similar too.
Fiona Nelson: What do you make of Jade continually trying to usurp your position as number one contender?
Melissa Reeves: Jade is doing what anyone else would do - trying to get noticed. She's punching above her weight on that, she has no claim other than her self-invented ones, but you can't blame the girl for trying.
Fiona Nelson: Do you feel having been in the ring with Noah now will give you an advantage when the time comes?
Melissa Reeves: No. I feel that superior research and preparation will give me the advantage. I saw a lot of him, sure, but it will be different in our match. What makes me different is that wrestling isn't my job, it's my life. He wants to win. I NEED to win.
Fiona Nelson: Are there any moments in your career you regret?
Melissa Reeves: Yep. Next?
Fiona Nelson: You're someone who lives their personal life fairly publicly. Do you feel that has hurt your career in any way?
Melissa Reeves: No. Some have thought they could take advantage, but making me mad only lessens their chance of beating me. We all make mistakes, Fiona, and I own mine. So can they hurt my career? No, I don't think so.
Fiona Nelson: Is there anyone that inspires you?
Melissa Reeves: My close friends and immediate family all inspire me in their various, different ways.
Fiona Nelson: What advice do you have for anyone looking to break into the business?
Melissa Reeves: Don't take shortcuts, take the time to learn and develop properly. Short term success isn't a guarantee of long term achievement.
Fiona Nelson: If you become champion you will be a role model to people everywhere, do you believe you can be that?
Melissa Reeves: When I become champion I know I can be that. I've worked my way up. No handouts, no fancy tutelage under some 'star'. No, I clawed my way here, and I know that others will feel inspired because I show it can be done.
Fiona Nelson: You said that wrestling is your life, but we all know you've had a few shifts in your personal one recently, things to have settled down for you now; would you say personal happiness is allowing you to focus on your career more?
Melissa Reeves: I never lost focus on my career. I maintained my rate of success regardless of what was happening away from the ring.
Fiona Nelson: Who in the industry would you love to face off inside a ring, if you could choose anyone?
Melissa Reeves: It's a big list, we don't have long enough. Put it this way, I'll fight anyone who will provide me a challenge. Doubly so if I can learn how to be better from facing them.
Fiona Nelson: Who do you consider to be the ones to watch in FAW?
Melissa Reeves: Lex Collins, Cass Baumer and Xavier Laroux.
Fiona Nelson: What has been the most challenging match of your career so far?
Melissa Reeves: The biggest challenge is always the next one.
Fiona Nelson: What are your opinions on Noah as a Champion?
Melissa Reeves: He's capable in the ring and absent outside of it. He does nothing to represent the company as the figurehead a champion should be. Where is he on social media? At fan events? The guy is see through and FAW suffers because of it.
Singles Match
Sawyer Reed v Alexander Parker
At the sound of the bell, Sawyer and Alexander lock up in the middle of the ring. The power struggle continues as both young men push and move to overtake the other. Alexander gets the early advantage as he takes Sawyer down with a German suplex. Parker keeps the pressure on but Sawyer proves too much as he drops Alexander with a gut wretch powerbomb for the win.
Winner: Sawyer Reed
SEGMENT
The scene cuts to the back where the FAW Champion, Noah Nakamura is standing by with the title in hand and a smirk on his face.
Noah Nakamura: Tonight I team with Jade Night in a clusterfuck match of epic proportions where the motivation for me to win is that it gives Jade Night a shot at my championship, a shot that she's had multiple chances to earn and hasn't done yet.
Noah rubs at his chin and sighs.
Noah Nakamura: On one hand, I want to win this match, I want to win every match I am in. But, to give Jade a chance to fight for my title when I'm going to bust my ass for it? That really seems like a no win situation for me, doesn't it? In the end though, I'm going to do what I do best and bust my ass. If it happens that Jade gets an opportunity at my title? Then so be it, I'll just step on her like I have anyone else foolish enough to come for my championship.
Noah holds up the FAW Championship to the camera before walking away.
SEGMENT
Cameras cut to the back, revealing none other than “YOUR Favorite Drug” Xavier Laroux as he prepared for the big Strange Bedfellows Match within that locker room. Seated upon the brown wooden bench, he was in the process of taping up his fists as Gabriel Laroux walked into the scene. Xavier nearly jumped up from that bench, moving to stand chest to chest with his older brother.
Xavier Laroux: You got some fuckin nerve. Got every fuckin right to put you through a goddamn wall right now. I’m tryin like hell to think of a reason not to do it.
Gabriel Laroux: Do you honestly think I was going to just let that go? Xavier, listen to yourself. We have to show her that what she did is not okay. She’s acting like a child and needs to be treated as such.
His features tightening, Xavier shook his head slowly, not backing down an inch.
Xavier Laroux: She’s actin like she’s confused. She’s actin like she’s bein taken advantage of. SHE’S ACTIN LIKE FUCKIN LENNOX IS IN HER HEAD! You can't hold what she's doing against her, you know that.
Shaking his head slowly, Gabriel developed a look of disbelief as he listened to Xavier's words.
Gabriel Laroux: You should be thanking me. Thanking me for being there when I was needed. Where were you? If it were left up to you..Lennox and Alaina would have seriously hurt Phoenix. So, what I believe you were trying to say is..thank you..
The younger Laroux couldn't help but to look confused at what Gabriel was saying.
Xavier Laroux: ..thank you?
Gabriel Laroux: You're welcome!
Realization hit Xavier like a ton of bricks as his eyes shot open, laughing out loudly.
Xavier Laroux: WOW FUCK YOU!
The older Laroux joined in on the laughing as Xavier shook his head slowly, punching Gabriel in the shoulder.
Xavier Laroux: Been hangin out with Terra?
Gabriel Laroux: Yeah, she loves that movie. She was asking about Alaina..
Almost as if on cue, Alaina Laroux stepped into the scene, still showing signs from that brutal beating she had received at the hands of Phoenix Quagliaterre and her own brother Gabriel Laroux.
Alaina Laroux: My ears were burning..
Gabriel Laroux: Your back too, I assume?
A pain laced smirk grew across her face as she shook her head slowly.
Alaina Laroux: Funny. Don't think this is over. We had big plans and you..you got in the way. We won't stand for this. We are going to make you regret getting involved where you weren't needed or wanted.
She moved to stand in front of Gabriel, looking up at him with not an ounce of fear in her eyes. Gabriel, not backing down an inch, looked down at her with a low laugh.
Gabriel Laroux: Do you want a repeat? I will gla..
Xavier Laroux: Fuckin christ.
He pushed between his two siblings, trying to build some distance between the two. Turning around, he faced Alaina, hoping to get through to her.
Xavier Laroux: This is stupid. Alaina, you're lettin Lennox get into your fuckin head. She's got you wrapped around her finger and everyone sees it but you. She's fuckin using you and you're too blind to realize it.
Before he could continue, Alaina swung her hand around, slapping Xavier across the face. His head jerking to the side as those eyes closed. Taking in a deep breath through his nose, he sighed out before turning his attention to Gabriel.
Gabriel Laroux: Looks like Alaina isn't the only one wrapped around someone's finger.
Turning away, Gabriel made his way out of that locker room, leaving Xavier and Alaina by themselves.
Alaina Laroux: See..he doesn't trust you to handle things on your own. Just like you two didn't think I could do it..he doesn't think you can do it.
Xavier Laroux: ..
Alaina Laroux: Lennox is helping me develop into something special, Xavier. Nobody is wrapped around anybody’s finger. Except Gabriel being wrapped around the finger of his precious flower child. Who..as I'm sure you know..doesn't like you. Who knows what she's whispering into her ear. Who knows what side she’s working for.
His shoulders falling, Xavier let his head hang slightly before slowly shaking it, bringing it up to look at Alaina, almost pleading in his eyes.
Xavier Laroux: Get away from this, Laina. Don't stay caught up in this because it's gonna get bad. I don't want you to get hurt in all of this. No matter what, you're still my sister. I have to keep you safe.
Alaina Laroux: How can you keep me safe if you can't even keep yourself safe?
She slowly shook her head slowly before pushing past Xavier, making her exit from that locker room. His chest rising and falling rapidly, Xavier turned around before driving his balled fist into the nearest locker as the scene returned to ringside.

Liam & Michael Callaghan v Melissa Reeves & Tinsley Reed
As the match got under way, Michael and Melissa faced off in the ring; Michael doing well to keep pace with the more experienced Reeves. Outside Liam pulls Tinsley down off the apron and to the outside, cornering her off from the ring action he takes his opportunity to swing her into the barrier; the official is distracted by the ring action, but Melissa sees this happen and walks over the ropes to caution Liam who is quick to flip her off.
Michael capitalizes on the distraction and bring Mel down with a hard suplex followed up with a second, throwing her across the ring before scooping her up into a roll up pin for the three count.
Winner: Liam & Michael Callaghan
A frustrated and annoyed Reeves kicked out just a fraction of a second too late and shoves Michael away from her, yelling in his face about cheap tactics. Meanwhile Liam has trapped Tinsley up in the steps to keep her from the ring during the roll up; unknowingly Melissa throws Michael from the ring in frsutration and as he bounces off the steps Tinsley lets out an ear splitting scream, immediately cradling her wrist that was caught up in the steps.
SEGMENT
As Alaina heads down the hallway, Xavier quickly makes chase after their earlier encounter, but she doesn't look back instead she lowers her head and turns a corner. As Xavier comes around that corner he runs straight into a waiting Lennox Daniels who stands in the doorway of the Locker Room; as Alaina ducks around her and heads inside, Lennox lifts her head back to meet Xaviers.
Lennox Daniels: Hey, Lain... Go ahead and get your stuff ready okay?
She smiles sweetly at the young Laroux before stepping out and pulling the door closed, she heads over to where Xavier has frozen and slows her pace, each step bringing her closer to the silently seething Xavier; when she reaches him, she rocks back on her heels and shakes her head a little before leaning in close. As she leans in she gets closer and closer until the tips of their noses are almost touching, her voice low, barely a whisper she hisses....
Lennox Daniels: MINE.

Winning Team earns a title shot for their “Challenger”
Gabriel Laroux & Seth Lawless v Cass Baumer & Rafael Cruz v Sean Callaghan & Xavier Laroux v Noah Nakamura & Jade Night
The Laroux's and Sean worked surprisingly well together, making it seem almost too easy to take out the others with Seth Lawless seemingly along for the ride with it all. Cass and Rafael almost immediately taking themselves out of the match thanks to Rafi attacking her and pulling her to the outside to beat her down, Cass rising up to meet him with the same; the two brawling up the ramp and out of sight within the early moments of the match.
Noah and Jade seemed to partner well for a little while but were over thrown on the numbers game, as soon as the chance arose; Sean was put out on his ass by the Larouxs who were given a shock defeat when Seth pinned a shocked Xavier with a roll up out of nowhere; infuriating both brothers who then proceeded to beat the shit out of Lawless as the official called for the bell.
Winners: Gabriel Laroux & Seth Lawless
During the ensuing chaos, Noah was pulled aside by a production assistant at ring side, a strange look crossing his face as he then ran up the ramp, out of sight as the Larouxs continued to beat down on Seth Lawless, Jade and Sean watching on from ring side.
